Measurement data from laboratory projects is used only for documented evaluation and quality assurance, not for automated decision-making.

Technical log data is automatically deleted after no more than 30 days. We store inquiries submitted via the contact form for the duration of processing and subsequently for the legally required retention periods of seven years for business correspondence. Measurement data from testing assignments is deleted or archived at the client's request after the project is completed.
